MOLLY WYNNE

Interim President

Molly is a retired school counselor/teacher with over 30 years of service in the Exeter and Hampton Falls school districts.  She is passionate about advocating for children and helping them to discover their true potential.  Molly lives in North Hampton with her husband, Matt and has one adult daughter.

JONATHAN CARLSON

Treasurer

Jonathan has worked in the banking industry for nearly 10 years and is currently a Vice President, Office Manager with Cambridge Trust in Stratham. He lives in Hooksett with his wife Kathie, and their two daughters. Jonathan is passionate about serving his community and serves as an Ambassador with the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, helping business owners connect with the Seacoast community.

He wishes to use his experience to support Seacoast Family Promise with our mission, empowering families in need to achieve lasting self-sufficiency.

SCOTT EARWOOD

Governance

Scott is a local Financial Planner with Edward Jones Investments located in Stratham and has served on the board since 2021.  Scott has spent many years working with teenagers in youth ministry programs both in his home state of NC and locally at Bethany Church in Greenland.  Scott joined the board in order to have an impact on his community and serve families who are in great need of support, resources, love and compassion.  Scott recently moved to Chester with his wife and 3 children and is never shy to raise his hand and ask a question.

SARAH EARWOOD

Secretary

Sarah works in corporate real estate analysis & planning in support of Intelligence programs. She is new to the board, serving in the role of Secretary. When not working, she helps to lead a local Girl Scout troop in her hometown of Chester, NH as another way of giving back to her community. She lives with her husband Scott (also a board member), their 3 children and 2 rescue dogs.

MARK FICHERA

Board Member

Mark recently retired and has been a Seacoast Resident for the last 38 years.  Mark has two daughters and currently resides in Hampton with his wife Elizabeth.  Mark was founder and owner of OnBrand24, which employed over 800 people.  Mark hopes to use his business experience to assist Seacoast Family Promise's families to gain a strong foothold into the community as well as introduce SFP and it's work to local business.

KIM WOOD

Board Member

An Event Director, Kim has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has always had a passion for giving back to the community primarily by advocating on behalf of children with disabilities, helping to establish the Challenger Division of the Portsmouth Little League and as a former board member for Partners In Health. Kim has been a volunteer at Seacoast Family Promise since 2005 often bringing meals to the Stratham Community Church. She joined the board in Spring of 2021. She hopes to combine her commitment to helping young people and her knowledge of event management and fundraising to help the organization grow and gain more support from the community, in turn helping more families build the foundation for a successful future. Kim has three daughters and has lived on the Seacoast with her husband Doug for over 20 years.

TEDDIE PIKE

Board Member

After being through the SFP program and volunteering with them, it was a dream come true to make it on the Board. I am a mother to two wonderful kids Chuk and Nikki, and a grandmother to Amelia. After leaving SFP, I went on to get my Associates degree in Accounting. I have over 25 years of office experience and have been an Accounts Payable Coordinator with Campers Inn RV going on 7 years now. I live with my daughter and cat in Exeter and look forward to bringing a fresh and knowledgeable view to this fabulous organization.

PETER SCHAEFFER

Board Member

Peter is now retired after a long career with Liberty Mutual as a system analyst and project manager. He has supported SFP projects at the Joshua House for many years. His wife Joan is a long-time coordinator of the SFP volunteer team at Bethany Church.  Formerly an elder at Bethany Church, he currently serves on their nominating committee.

He volunteers locally at GATHER and the Salvation Army soup kitchen.  He enjoys travel to foreign countries for mission projects as well as personal pleasure.  His other interests include gardening, home repair, and auto mechanics.

ANDREW WEEKS

Board Member

Andy join the board in 2024. He is a recently retired family physician and hospitalist who has practiced in the Seacoast for over 30 years. His medical interests include geriatrics and substance-abuse. He lives in Exeter with his wife and two dogs. They have four children and two grandchildren. He believes strongly in the mission of Seacoast family Promise and is looking forward to help make Joshua house a reality.
