A Certified Public Accountant, Irv is the Director of Finance at the Pease Development Authority. A board member since 2016, Irv brings his finance expertise and leadership skills to Seacoast Family Promise. He is a host site volunteer and is committed to our mission. Irv is the father of two adult children and lives in Greenland with his wife Victoria, who is the Reading Specialist at the Greenland Central School.
The future and education of children is Judy’s passion. She holds a Master in Elementary Education from UNH and has taught in New Hampshire public schools for 29 years. A board member since 2016, Judy has worn many hats, starting as a host site coordinator for the Stratham Community Church in 2005. Judy is the mother of three and lives in Stratham with her husband Ken.
Molly is a retired school counselor/teacher with over 30 years of service in the Exeter and Hampton Falls school districts. She is passionate about advocating for children and helping them to discover their true potential. Molly lives in North Hampton with her husband, Matt and has one adult daughter.
Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and consultant, as well as the principal of FINOP Services, LLC. A board member since 2016, Ken heads up the SFP Facilities Committee and was instrumental in the renovation of our new Day Center. Additionally, Ken volunteers at our Stratham Community Church host site. A father of three, Ken lives in Stratham with his wife Judy.
Diane Charney is a retired Human Resources professional with over 25 years in the utility industry. A board member since 2015, Diane joined the board to support families who are struggling and to work with like-minded individuals. She brings a variety of community resources and contacts to Seacoast Family Promise. Diane, a mother and grandmother, lives in Hampton with her husband Marty.
Mark recently retired and has been a Seacoast Resident for the last 38 years. Mark has two daughters and currently resides in Hampton with his wife Elizabeth. Mark was founder and owner of OnBrand24, which employed over 800 people. Mark hopes to use his business experience to assist Seacoast Family Promise's families to gain a strong foothold into the community as well as introduce SFP and it's work to local business.
Jared is a recent addition to the Seacoast Family Promise board joining in 2020. He has over twenty years experience in investment advisory and consulting, for the past 14 years working at the Portsmouth based firm Prime Buchholz LLC. Jared has three sons and lives with his wife Danielle in Hampton.
Susan is the Marketing Director for a major engineering firm. A board member since 2016, she uses her vast background to help build the community presence of SFP by enhancing the program’s ability to increase community awareness. The mother of a grown daughter, Susan makes her home in Rye.
John is a school psychologist for SAU 16. A board member since 2016, he cares deeply about the mental and emotional health of local youth. In addition to volunteering as an overnight host, John is an avid runner and sailor. A father of two, John lives in Brentwood with his wife Nancy.
An Event Director, Kim has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has always had a passion for giving back to the community primarily by advocating on behalf of children with disabilities, helping to establish the Challenger Division of the Portsmouth Little League and as a former board member for Partners In Health. Kim has been a volunteer at Seacoast Family Promise since 2005 often bringing meals to the Stratham Community Church. She joined the board in Spring of 2021. She hopes to combine her commitment to helping young people and her knowledge of event management and fundraising to help the organization grow and gain more support from the community, in turn helping more families build the foundation for a successful future. Kim has three daughters and has lived on the Seacoast with her husband Doug for over 20 years.
After being through the SFP program and volunteering with them, it was a dream come true to make it on the Board. I am a mother to two wonderful kids Chuk and Nikki, and a grandmother to Amelia. After leaving SFP, I went on to get my Associates degree in Accounting. I have over 25 years of office experience and have been an Accounts Payable Coordinator with Campers Inn RV going on 7 years now. I live with my daughter and cat in Exeter and look forward to bringing a fresh and knowledgeable view to this fabulous organization.
